Who We Are

Founded by the Canadian Bishops in 1967, Development and Peace is the social justice arm of the Canadian Catholic Church. The Hamilton Diocesan Council is made up of active members from each of the six deaneries within Hamilton Diocese. We plan and co-ordinate activities of Development and Peace within the area, and attend regional and national assemblies. New members are always welcome.
