Rita Bailey is the newly elected Chair of the Hamilton Diocesan Council. Rita is a long-time member of St. Joseph’s Church, Hamilton, and has served on the Diocesan Council for eight years. When she isn’t doing social justice work she’s tending her heirloom tomatoes or hiking one of Hamilton’s many trails.
